活塞杆
由高屈服强度钢制成的精密研磨，抛光和镀硬铬活塞杆可提供七种端部样式选择。通过11/2直径的阳杆螺纹被轧制以获得锄耻颈大的强度和均匀性。提供四个扳手平面以帮助制造杆端连接。杆面减少了平面面积，以避免在组装时与密封件接触。
活塞
一体式高强度铸铁活塞，与缸体表面接触面积大，可稳定活塞杆，减少轴承负荷。将活塞拧入配合先导管直径的杆上以确保同心度，并通过厌氧胶和锁定销固定。
活塞密封
安装在弹性膨胀器上的玻璃纤维填充聚四氟乙烯密封环提供了长时间佩戴，低旁路密封。两个重叠接头设计的铸铁环保护聚四氟乙烯密封，并提供备用密封，使用寿命更长。如果不希望密封旁路，带有防挤压支撑环的Block V形杯密封是可选的，不需要额外的费用。其他备用密封选项可根据要求提供。
翱型圈管端密封
紧密配合的管端引燃管直径包括翱形密封圈以提供无泄漏的接头。工作压力扩大了管段，减少了接头间隙和密封挤压间隙。

气缸的一端或两端都有可选的衬垫。在提供时，配合元件的紧密配合表面会捕获工作流体，从而在到达行程末端之前使活塞减速。冲洗配件缓冲螺杆允许调节减速率，而可互换的滚珠检查辅助装置在行驶方向反转时启动。
圆筒管
