BV Series Severe Service Metal Seated Ball Valves

BV stands for simply "Ball Valve" and represents a wide variety of custom made forged metal seated ball valves made from materials covered in ASME B16.34. Valve components are hard surfaced at Copeland Industries and may incorporate a wide variety of material, structural and actuation options. Available in uni- and bi-directional versions. See the video presentation on our "Pressure Relief Cut" for high velocity abrasive particulates. Forged bodies are rugged and all of the components are overdesigned for upset conditions. We make the valves for the most severe conditions and most often for abrasives found in the mining, refining, chemical and petrochemical industries.

Pressure Classes from 150# to 4500#. Sizes 1/2" to 36" (DN 15-900). Custom and larger sizes available upon request.
